No Refund Policy
At Agency Care Staff Ltd, trading as RecPal, we are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients. In line with our commitment to excellence, we have established a No Refund Policy. This policy is applicable immediately upon purchase of our services and is outlined as follows:
- Opportunity for Preliminary Evaluation: Before making a purchase, all clients are given the opportunity to thoroughly test and evaluate RecPal. This trial is designed to ensure that our product meets your specific needs and expectations.
- Comprehensive Onboarding Process: During the onboarding process, all features and functionalities of RecPal are explained in detail. This is to ensure that clients have a complete understanding of the product they are purchasing.
- Deployment on Client Server: Upon purchase, our team deploys RecPal code on your designated server. This deployment involves customised hosting solutions and integration of our proprietary code.
- No Refund After Deployment: Due to the nature of our services, including the deployment of our product on your server and the customisation involved, we are unable to offer refunds for the first year of service. This policy is in place because the product becomes inherently non-retractable once it is integrated into your system. During this period the client has the opportunity to copy the source code.
- Discontinuation of Services: If a client decides not to continue with our services after the first year, we will cease any further billing. It is important to communicate your decision to discontinue the services before the renewal of any subsequent term to avoid further charges.
- Client Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the client to understand and agree to this No Refund Policy upon purchasing our services. By choosing to purchase RecPal, you acknowledge that you have availed of the trial period and agree to the terms of this policy.
- Exception: the only time we will refund the full amount is when for any reason, the code/app deployed on your server does not work.
